- Tier Points determine your Membership Level. Tiers are calculated annually on October 1, based on Tier Points collected from October 1–September 30 of the previous period.

What are Reward Points?
Reward Points are earned through play and can be redeemed for various rewards.3
How do I earn them?

PROMO DOLLARS
What are Promo Dollars?
Promo Dollars are earned through bonus games, promotions and offers and are only redeemable for Free Play at the slot machine. Promo Dollars do not count towards your Membership Level or Reward Point accumulation and expire after 90 days. Promo Dollars are redeemable for slot play only and are meant to enhance your gaming experience.
How do I earn them?
- Various bonus games and promotions will offer the chance to win Promo Dollars.

At OLG Slots at Georgian Downs, we are always looking for innovative ways to help bring your fun side and your practical side together. That’s why we are testing the latest gaming innovation in pre-commitment: My PlaySmart.
How Does it Work?
- Members can track their daily slot machine play by setting the amount of time and money they want to spend playing.
- During play, members will receive tracking notifications at approximate intervals of 50%, 90%, 100%, 150% and 200%. NOTE: Play will not be suspended and you only need to press “OK” to continue.
- Members can also check how they’re tracking by selecting the My PlaySmart icon on their slot machine.
